At Ewald Consulting, I supported a diverse portfolio of association and nonprofit clients, creating visual communications across branding, campaigns, publications, events, digital content, and member engagement. Working across different industries and audiences required me to adapt quickly to distinct brand voices, business needs, and creative styles. This selection highlights the range of work I produced and the versatility I developed early in my career.

MCA Awards Gala

Each year, the Minnesota Chiropractic Association selected a new theme for its annual awards gala. I translated those themes into distinct event identities and promotional materials while maintaining continuity with the organization’s brand. The series gave me room to explore different visual directions—from golf-inspired graphics to a casino-themed concept—while keeping each campaign clear, cohesive, and appropriate for the audience.

Scalable Chapter Event Templates

I designed a flexible set of event templates that local chapters could easily adapt for future programs while staying consistent with the organization’s brand. The system balanced structure with usability, giving teams repeatable layouts for updating event details, imagery, and messaging without rebuilding each piece from scratch.

Editorial & Long-Form Publications

I designed recurring print publications and complex program materials for professional associations, creating repeatable editorial systems that could support new content across multiple issues and events. The work included quarterly magazines such as AWI Journal and Minnesota Surveyor, as well as AHRD’s annual conference program featuring schedules, session details, presenters, and award recipients. Each example shown represents a larger body of ongoing work, requiring consistent layout systems, careful content organization, and reliable print production from one edition to the next.
